The next Gastronauts Supper Club dinner will be held on 21 August 2010 at 7pm, and will be a feast of Mexican flavours.
The menu is being finalised at the moment, but it will look something like this:
Guacamole with chips
Masa boats with chorizo
Pumpkin and sesame tamales
Black bean soup
Stuffed poblano chillies with walnut sauce
Pork tatemado
Cabbage and coriander salad
Warm rice and tortillas
Ancho chilli chocolate cake with cinnamon & vanilla ice cream
